All meals will include a male or female tailored serving of healthy complex carbohydrates, lean proteins, fresh vegetables and healthy fats in order to provide all the essential nutrients and nourishments to maintain a healthy nutritional lifestyle.
The vegan meal plan is a healthy, nutritional and delicious approach to consuming more plant-based foods. Restricting on all animal products and adding more wholesome fiber rich foods like beans, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds while keeping a variety of healthy dishes and balanced meals to make sure you are getting the essential nutrients you need to maintain a healthy active lifestyle.

I’ve been needing to shed some pounds and start a healthy eating pattern… I have always been hesitant of meal plans .. BUT WOWWWWW not only are the meals delicious but they are also healthy, fresh, and effective i am shedding my extra pounds effortlessly and I no longer feel the need to give into unhealthy meals ! I thought their meals were tasty and priced really well. However, they completely disregard your allergies. I bit into something that had almonds and my lip and tongue swelled up. I listed my allergies and even emailed them a screen shot of where I indicated allergies to tree nuts. No one from customer service ever got back to me. If you don’t have allergies, go for it. If you have allergies, be careful.

A few years back, I was looking for an easy and convenient way to eat healthy during my busy schedule so I would order my meals from Befit Nutrition. As things slowed down I decided to go back to the good old cooking myself. This passed year, with the birth of my youngest son, things got back to busy (maybe worse than before) so I once again decided to get my meals from Befit for conveinience sake. Honestly I'm super disappointed in having to write this review because the food in itself was really tasty and good portioned however the customer service not so much. After looking through review in Yelp I decided to go with this company as I have a newborn and two small children and spending time in the kitchen was not my priority. I went online and signed up for a week of meals I got an email reiterating I would receive meals for a week only if I wanted to make it a permanent arrangement to email or call them after the week of loving the meals I email and said I wanted to continue I got

Well rounded range of foods in each meal on top of tasting great as well as good portions. I love to eat and this is a great way to maintain a healthy lifestyle while satisfying my cravings. Aside from the actual food, the service was amazing and very accommodating. I work nights and the BeFit staff made it possible for me to receive the meals on a daily basis favoring my availability. The food is tasty I must say and I was very excited about this company. The staff is polite and was accommodating to send out extra meals when meals were missed.
I have dietary restrictions. As I don't eat pork...It became quite tiresome after calling the company 5 times to let them know there was pork in my meals weekly and Sometimes I wouldn't receive my meals on Sundays for next day. My breakfast for Monday's would be delivered in the afternoon.
Wish they would label the food on the containers like the photos on here...so you know exactly what you're consuming.

service. Everything comes well packed and ready to eat. Depending on the plan you decide to go with, you will receive all your meals for that specific day all together and ready to heat up. As a small business owner I like to support small businesses especially those that were my friends but I regret making that decision with this company. I ordered meal preps for one week than I got charged for two weeks, I was totally fine with that at first until I got charged again for the third time as a unauthorized payment. I’ve been trying to reach out to the business owner to clear this out but after so many attempts, I have lost my patience and decided to write a review instead. Honestly the best decision I've made this year!! I searched all over for a good meal plan that was reasonably priced and had good reviews. It's been almost a month and I can't recommend it enough. The meals are delicious - seriously I get excited to open the bag every night and see what it is. Not just that but I love how each meal is nutritious with veggies and complex carbs and not just a basic protein meal. Not one can compare to Befit Nutrition, the quality of this food has no comparison. It is fresh, tasty, and 100% for presentation. Unfortunately, my service lasted barely a week. The first ever delivery never showed. Contact was made and delivery was promised by 6pm Monday-- never showed. Finally at 10:00pm it showed up. Gave them a chance. This past Sunday, which would have been our second week never showed. We called and were told Since it sounded like we were disappointed (on monday - when we called about the first delivery issue) on the phone he took it upon himself to cancel our meal plan for the following week. After the call ended, I decided to check on my account I realized I was charged twice for the same week

My friend and I are doing the Slim lunch and dinner portions for the hell of it, and it's been great. Food is tasty, AND you can list out a few things you don't like (i.e., if you're picky and hate cilantro, like me!).
Each lunch is about 400-500 cals, and the dinner is about 300-400 cals. I make my own breakfast and have a snack throughout the day

Love Love Love them. I've only done a couple of weeks and in between I eat my cooking but for the price, this is the best food delivery service I have ever seen. Its healthy yet tasty with savory to it. Like someone in the kitchen there is taking their time. I bite into one of there tomatoes and over filled with fresh juicy flavor. Love it! The food always comes fresh and best of all, its delivered daily. Can't beat that. I've actually referred a girlfriend over to them already and she loves them too. I will defiantly keep ordering. Don't change!
