Services
In addition to my private practice, I am a clinical psychologist at Kaiser Permanente on the Intensive Outpatient Program team providing group therapy to adults in psychiatric crises. I am also the head of the ADHD Screening Clinic for both adults and children. Outside of this, I work as a mental health clinician for the San Mateo County correctional facilities providing crisis management and coping skills to male and female inmates.

A common therapeutic approach that focuses on inaccurate, negative, or unhelpful thinking patterns. It also addresses how these negative thinking patterns are associated with our emotional states and potentially unhealthy behaviors or actions. A type of CBT and skill-based therapeutic approach that utilizes four main strategies: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness, and Emotion Regulation.
