Because of this place, I've been AUDITED and now DECERTIFIED for dependants by the IRS! Their work WASN'T done well. And when requested assistance on the matter, I was practically ignored, some of them are more clueless than me on taxes and it OBVIOUSLY showed now.

I did like then but I got audited for 2017 and went back to them. I was told to find someone to help me. Which I did and I love my new tax person thanks to one of my bf's recommendation. I no longer owe the irs. I am waiting on a refund. So thank you Hardy Hill tax for turning me away.

The worst service ever by Jacqueline she is very rude and her attitude towards other people is horrible. She thinks she's doing people a favor,a little humility from her on her part wouldn't be bad.

This is the worst experience ever. I understand we're going through a crisis but a company should be able to answer you with confidence. Especially after they already did my return and sent it off. Now after several emails sent and dozen of calls being made. The different responses I got was First it sent off on such date and now it was mailed off on another date and they still can't see anything for the IRS pending at all. So now they want me to personally send it off certified my mail. Wow. BBB.
