I went for a physical check up in dominion location. Nurse did not go through my entire blood work and walked me to the front office. More shocking, they charged me for office visit for one question I asked the nurse during check up. Receptionist was very rude and repeatedly told the amount I should pay without explanation. Dr Rogers was really nice, but I am not happy with the my last visit with the nurse. I would recommend to choose the right person in the clinic before you visit!

Dr. Rogers has been the best health decision I have ever made. 6 months into the weight loss program and I have lost 60 lbs so far. I switched to her as my primary care in October 2020 and started weight loss in March 2021. I have not felt this good since I was in my 20's! She took a comprehensive look at my health and how to improve quality of life. The staff has been incredible and love that they have a phlebotomist and ultrasound on site so it save me time with a busy work schedule.

Dr. Rogers and her staff are absolutely incredible! My husband has been really ill and needed help. Dr. Rogers was out of town when she was contacted in regards to his condition. She returned my call on a Saturday, listened to his symptoms and called in some medication to help until he could be seen by her in the office. We came in to see her the following Tuesday, as she worked him into her busy schedule…Brenda, her nurse brought us in, triaged him and assessed his condition and we then waited for Dr. Rogers. Doc came in, spoke with us for a bit and stated that my husband needed further help

I started coming here when I found out my doctor, Dr. Wendy Askew, started working here. Everything has been great and all of their staff has been amazing. When I found out Dr. Wendy Askew left, I did call her new office, but unfortunately I had to wait almost a month. Not wanting to wait long due to an urgent matter, I called back to Dr Rogers Center and they were able to get me in the next day. YOU DON'T get to control those decisions! I don't believe masks work, your receptionist is so big that the sides of her mask stuck out so there's NO way that mask was doing anything - this is all theater of the absurd! and "health care professionals" are the worst actors! ****ALERT**** this place provides a service called Body Sculpt that they claim can eliminate up to 24% of body fat in treated areas

I have a friend that told me about Dr Rogers. I was feeling like I wasn’t alive an tried all time and other Dr’s kept telling me that my hormone levels were fine an kept telling me that I was just depressed… well I’m not a depressed person so I told my friend I will give it a try… Came an had a visit with Dr Rogers an she did a hormone an testosterone levels on me an test came back very low … So I decided to do the pellet an the best decision I ever made it makes me feel like myself an I just feel alive … I been coming here for mu pellet for about over 3 years… They also have help

Worst customer service. The providers might be excellent, the first game e you see is what sets the tone. The receptionist I formed me that I multiple no show fees. Some from 2020, I said I did every telemedicine appointment with Dr."Insert name". Then tried multiple times to talk over me. I visited their sister office in Feb 2021, NOTHING was mentioned of any fees from 2020. It's like they just appeared. Dr Rogers has been my primary care physician and weight loss dr for many years. I would never dream of going any place else. She is knowledgable and takes the time to explain any questions you may have. I never feel rushed nor do I ever leave an appointment feeling as if I dont have all the answers. I always feel well informed. Charity is equally as phenomenal as well as the entire staff is friendly and personable. The office team runs a very efficient office. I have been a patient of Dr. Rogers since 2011. I am 67 years old and I can tell you she is the best doctor I have ever used. She is attentive, smart, and if she doesn't know the answer she finds out and follows up with me. I started out as a weight loss patient and then progressed to using her as my primary physician. I have lost close to 55 pounds with her and am still losing, (I have 25 more to go!). I have been going to Dr Rogers Centers since I moved to San Antonio in 2016. Dr Rogers has helped me my hormones, moods, weight, thyroid, nutrition & even allergies. At 21 years old, I started having strange health issues... I bounced from Dr to Dr. In 2018, @ 40 years old, Dr Rogers discovered an abnormality in my bloodwork and uncovered a genetic disorder that no other doctor bothered to look for! I've had an a phenomenal experience with this facility. I've been going there since last April. I'm sad to say today was my last visit because I'm moving to another state. They've helped me tremendously with my weight loss journey and I'm beyond happy with my results. My first visit I weighed 189 pounds. Upon high recommendation from several friends that are patients of Dr. Rogers, I decided to make an appointment for Hormone Replacement Therapy. Not something that I really wanted to come to terms with but alas you can not hide from Mother Nature!
