Was really looking forward to this steel gravel bike, but it ended up being a pretty big disappointment. Really heavy compared to my wife's All City Cosmic Stallion. Size and color also misrepresented (it has an ugly gunmetal gray paint rather than a natural metal finish suggested by the pictures). Returned it immediately and now I am looking forward to a better brand.

I bought a Rip 9 RDO 4 star about a month ago. I Love, love, love this bike! Climbs like a boss and the descents are just incredible. The people who work at Niner are fantastic...friendly, knowledgeable and sincere. I could not have had a better buying or riding experience! Thanks guys, everytime I put it away I am already jonesing for my next ride! Woot!

Always very helpful, friendly, and passionate about bikes! It is always great to see employees out and volunteering at local races and events. Several times I have had things on my several niners that I need fixed quickly before races and trips, and each time the shop is willing to help and turn around the work quicker than any other shop would.

My boyfriend and I came here to find out about Niner, look at some bikes we weren't able to find anywhere else and talk stoke with staff...
We were received indifferently by a guy at the desk at the front door, he hardly looked away from his computer. Didn't even try to engage us in conversation and was generally terribly unhelpful, not very knowledgable about the bikes and obviously way to cool for us. Lost a sale. Never buying a bike from a company that doesn't care about first impressions and customer service...especially when someone has made a special trip to their HQ.

I am writing this reveiw on some long overdue feedback on Andy. Andy has been one of my go to bike mechanics for over a decade. When he left my local bike shop I was bummed out to say the least. However, as fate would have it my race team, Northern Colorado Grassroots Riders, was picked up by Niner in the form of discounted bikes. Andy has been working with us, taking time out of his personnal life to attend monthly meetings, greets us on the trails, is always available for up to date technology based knowledge on how our bikes perform and what Niner is cooking up next. Bought my RIP 9 RDO 4 Star this spring directly from the store. I love the bike! Moved up from a Specialized Stumpy Expert. Thought I would miss the brain....but not at all! And I won't miss the brain rebuilds either, where I'm without a bike for 2 to 6 weeks and paying a fortune. Buying the bike was great. I called in, and the communication by email on progress and when it would be ready was great. I couldn't be a happier customer.
