Our Harley got stranded last night. After many calls, this company was able to help us out during such an unfortunate time. Joe pulled right up and made our night so much better. He was such a professional! Definitely recommend this place. Especially if you ride and need a tow.

My car was towed from the resort I am staying at completely my fault however when I tried to get my car back the office hours are 8-5 and no body was at the office. I tried calling 1 hour in advance nobody answered. I called repeatedly with no answer. When you are in a vacation everything is in a time crunch somebody should be in the office during office hours and if they can't be then at the very least answer the phone or return a missed call. It's unacceptable to make people wait. I get they did what they did because they are paid to but you have to have someone in the office to retrieve your

Our car broke down and we had to abandon it along-side SR528 in Orlando in order to catch our flight. Our insurance tried in vain to get it towed for more than 24hrs (high demand in Orlando at the time due to flood damaged cars) but they said if I could arrange for the tow, I'd be reimbursed. I own a custom lifted truck and I felt very safe that Bolton’s Towing service came to the rescue for my 32” lifted Ford F-250 when a wheel bearing suddenly gave out. The owner came promptly in a clean and capable semi truck with a low boy trailer to help bring my truck back home to get fixed.
