I appreciate the service this company has given each and every time I refer business to them. Yesterday I had the opportunity to use this company and had every bit of confidence it would be the same for me as it has been for clients I have referred to them.
I would like to say that Paul came out in less than 45 minutes from my call and was kind to me. He took good care to be sure my car was safely on the lift and secure which made me feel good that they would make sure that nothing would damage my vehicle in any way.

I love that I can call JT’s at any time and I never have to wait long for a truck. Ben came out and helped my friends out of a ditch tonight, and from the first call to them being back on the road took under 45 minutes. The first company my friends called said they couldn’t even have anyone there for at least 45 minutes. I work closely with JT’s… every day for work, and they always make it happen for us so quickly and efficiently that I wouldn’t trust anyone else to tow my own, or my friends vehicles. I called in to have my car towed they didn’t take long at all .. and I need to give a special shout out to tow driver “Billy Wells” thank you so much for all the help .. you used all the professional matters to get my car to where it need to be.. the fact my car had flat tire I was having a bad morning then Billy Wells came with such amazing attitude, kindness made my time a bit better.. Ben the tow truck driver was BEYOND AMAZING in helping us out last Sat and Sunday. We were in a very bad accident and he was awesome and quick to come to our rescue. AAA had once again let us down for a tow but Ben stepped right up to the plate and was there to assist us within 20 minutes from contacting him. Then he knew we were upset and needed to get our things out of the vehicle as soon as possible so he went out of his way to meet with us on Sunday so we could clean out the car. I can not sing his praises loud enough! Then when I called and spoke to Rachel to let her know she was so gracious

This company is amazing! I got stuck in sugar sand in an orange grove trying to follow Google Maps to a Muddy Princess Race. I called 4 companies and JT's was the only one who could save me. The best part in my mind was not only were they fast, but friendly and so respectful. Never once did they critize me for going a stupid way or trying to get… myself out. He was very kind and instructed me what to do to help him get my car out. He even did a check under my car to make sure I hadn't pulled anything down, since the front was buried in the sand. After waiting for Budget towing for 2 hours, without being able to get a hold of the by me or my roadside assistance service, they appointed JT's for the task, he was there before the ETA, it was raining and though he got soaked, he was kind and understanding. He got my car on the bed, home, and off with ease and not even a scuff. He is very professional and I would recommend JT's to anyone needing a tow.
