Peak Engineering (Peak) is a civil/structural engineering firm founded in 2008 by Scott Davis, PE that has become an eight-person team with the prospect for continued growth. We have a main office located in Stone Ridge, NY with a remote office in Petersburgh, NY.

Peak Engineering provides civil engineering services for residential, commercial, and municipal land development projects through the Hudson Valley region. We supply a range of services from feasibility and concept plans through to final construction plans. We provide representation and coordination of review with any and all involved regulatory agencies along with construction inspection and certification of compliance.
When dividing a piece of land into two or more lots, considered a subdivision, this type of action is regulated by the Town through separated and specific Subdivision Ordinances. Generally, requirements will include planning, design and layout of the lot boundaries, streets, sidewalks, storm drains, water and sewer.
Peak Engineering will design a wastewater treatment (septic) system that meets the needs of your project and site. The design will be based on the current NYS Department of Health requirements and will also meet any additional County Health Department and/or New York City Department of Environmental Protection Agency (NYC DEP) requirements.
Water supplies serving the public are regulated by County or State agencies and require treatment and distribution review and approval.
Peak will prepare a design plan, application and coordination of review with the agency determined to regulate the service including an Engineer's Report outlining the water flow/demand, storage, treatment, and distribution system proposed, including manufactures specifications, analytical report of water samples and owner/operator monitoring and reporting requirements.
