If we send out documents via Docu - Sign and you don't send back in time, there will be a $50.00 fee added to the of cost your tax return to resend out to you each time! I have been calling and leaving messages. Nobody responds. They have changed locations again, and they took almost 4 hours to get my taxes done last year because they were short staff and i was not seen at the time I had my appointment. Rene Hill is very rude for no reason has an attitude and very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and money here!

If you are thinking of using them, don't. I paid 850 for them to do my taxes, which cost me 250 more then last year for the same set.. If I could give them zero stars I would, I don't see how they have such a high rating. This is the second time I've used Renee's and I regret it. I have been calling for weeks trying to get my tax statements from them and no one can give me a clear answer on whether or not my taxes have even been submitted. They say they will call you right back and they never once call back. I filed my taxes the end of March and still nothing....

I had been doing taxes with Ms. Renee for some years all was fine but the last year I was cheated out on one of my return’s, my ex-husbands which was 5M. Then I needed to sell my handbags and left them to her she offered to help me when I called her she told me she had been robbed and did not have them. She stole them and I’m talking of about about approximately a dozen authentic Gucci, Coach Dooney & Bourke handbags. I called her, she blocked me and now I’m physically impaired and disabled so I would have used that money to help pay the treatment before I had my seizure and Cerebral Spinal

I’m giving Renee’s tax service a one star because It will not allow me to give them no star. I have been trying to get my taxes completed for TWO months now! I sent them my information 3x because they kept saying they did not receive my information. After finally receiving my documents they said someone would call me back with additional information and invoice. Two weeks went by and I never received a call or an email. I called them several times and no answer. I called back and finally got someone on the phone. Stated she was sending me the information she was missing. I would say I filled
