During this time I owned California Natural Spice Co., which manufactured and distributed (several products mixed with) Sun-Dried Tomatoes in shaker jars to high-end grocery stores, wineries and the internet. While owning Bressani & Associates - Real Estate Appraisers, I had the opportunity to teach Appraisal at the Jr. College level.
