Please do not use this information to pay your loan in full, nor use our online payment system to pay off your loan - please request a payoff quote. These transactions will be processed the next business day and can result in additional fees.
The number one priority of McCue Mortgage is you, our customer. We hope you can utilize this information to answer any immediate questions you may have regarding your mortgage, be it for insurance, taxes or escrow analysis. If you have questions about other mortgage services, you can always contact us during our regular business hours or stop into our main office for a one-on-one visit with one of our loan servicing professionals.
Request a payoff quote if your final mortgage payment is coming up, you are paying off your loan early, you are considering a refinance, or buying a new home. The quote generated can be emailed or mailed to you or a recipient you select. You can add an additional email to receive the quote as well (such as your loan originator or attorney).
Please forward us any real estate tax bills you receive. Most towns send us your tax bill directly but we need a copy to pay your taxes from your escrow account. Should you receive a bill, please send it to our Servicing Department via mail or fax it to us at 860-356-0160. Your mortgage escrow is an account set up to pay your real estate property tax and applicable insurance premiums on time each year.
We recommend you review your present coverage with your insurance agent to ensure that you are adequately protected in the event of damage to your property. If you choose to replace your policy, please notify us 30 days prior to the expiration date of your existing policy. If the McCue Mortgage Company is required to maintain an escrow account for your insurance, we are responsible for payment of annual premiums.

I was let go from my job due to Covid-19. I became panicked at the thought of losing our home. McCue Mortgage went well beyond their normal duties and took us by the hand. Excellent communications and reassurance that our loan payments would be put to the end of the mortgage term!
Not only did that happen, the staff informed us of two grants that could be applied to the missing payments!!

My husband died, so my financial situation had changed. I set up automatic payments with Mccue mortgage explaining their would be particular months that would need different dates of withdrawals. They agreed and things went well without any issues for a bit under a year. Then suddenly my payments started coming out on unapproved dates, making my payments bounce, as well as accruing fees thru them and my bank. I called to have this fixed and suddenly no one knew about the agreement and there was nothing they could do about it. My credit tanked from a 760 to 380 within a few months of this happening

Horribly rude account reps ..one hung up on me after she called me ! accidentally short paid my mortgage by 8 $...an 8 dollar short payment in error but despite being furloughed one day a week and losing 700.00 a month i have still paid my mortgage on time during this pandemic even if it means going without other things and you call me and then hang up on me for 8 $

Never return calls - left 3 messages through out a week, still nothing, finally called again..spoke to someone, stated they would email me the requested information, been 2 days, called now, states to leave a message and they would get back to me next business day.. they close at 4:30pm and its only 3:15pm..really??..also,..past experience, rude customer service

Today is January 2, 2018 and I called into McCue Mortgage for the bank information to submit an insurance certificate. The receptionist is the worst. She cut me off in the middle of my sentence and asked me to hold for someone else. She didn't even listen to my request first. I was on hold for six minutes. I called back to let her know that I still needed assistance and that I was on hold. She put me on hold again for four minutes. I called back asking for an office manager and I'm on hold now for seven minutes. I don't usually have to call in bit my ceiling is leaking. My home insurance

My husband and I recently purchased our first home with the help of Keith at McCue mortgage. Keith was friendly and professional and explained everything we needed to know. He returned all emails immediately and was always available to us. It was obvious that he knew his stuff. I would definitely recommend Keith at McCue to anyone buying a home.
