Don't waste your time. I did my application, Oguz Kuruca called me once and sent me an email to basically hurry up and submit all my documents. I haven't heard from him since. I sent him two email asking about the steps moving forward and got NOTHING and it's been a month. Unless he is on vacation this is unacceptable. I wasted my time and submitted a lot of my personal information to not even be acknowledged after. Happy I did not get further in the process with this company or him.

Just closed on my 1st home and I had the pleasure with working with Shae Hobbs she is so amazing truly enjoy what she does. My home buying process had a lot of Ups and Downs but without Shae I don't know if I would be able to have handled it no matter how many questions I had or how many times I bugged her she always answered all my questions and was very professional. I was introduced to Mary Saunders after having multiple issues with another company. She has been extremely upfront with the process and stuck around the whole time. We have been working with First World for almost 90 days and were told today after supplying tons of paperwork that we we couldn’t get approved. Sold our house and now have had our entire lives uprooted. Had been told we were in underwriting for weeks and no sorry can’t close. Beyond furious! Not small business owner friendly at all. We both have excellent credit scores, plenty of money in bank and minimal debt.
