Institute For Chiropractic Health & Wellness
We help patients achieve world class results in the least amount of time for the least amount of money. Choosing a Chiropractor in Fargo. Our Philosophy Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold.

We're committed to teaching our patients that true health is a journey, not a destination. Through educational opportunities (like this website), we hope to communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care. Our desire is to see our practice members abandon the prevailing sickness care model of health (waiting for symptoms and then taking action), in favor of the emerging wellness model.
Services
Modern chiropractic began in the late 1800s when Daniel David Palmer, a self-educated teacher and healer, performed the first spinal manipulation on a patient. Today, chiropractic is the third largest area of medicine, next only to dentistry. It is also the only medical profession not to use drugs or surgeries.
Dr. Grausgruber grew up in Northeastern Pa and has been practicing for nearly 20 years. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern University of Chiropractic and continues to keep up with the latest research and techniques by reading and attending trainings and seminars in the field.
An adjustment to the spinal joints involves the chiropractor placing either his hands or an instrument to the affected spinal joint(s) that are not moving right. By doing so, the chiropractor adds motion to the area, allows weakened muscles and ligaments to stabilize and heal, and promotes a healthy nerve response to the corresponding organs and tissues.
Functional nutrition and wellness focuses on optimizing cellular and metabolic function for optimal health. Helping you uncover the root causes for imbalance that may be contributing to your past, current and even future conditions. Exploring the interplay between your genes, your environment and lifestyle and helps us understand how this may contribute to your current, past or future states of health and how these could be expressed differently.
When talking to most people that suffer from IBS or digestive disorders, they have no idea that there are simple solutions that will help them greatly. These conditions are results from poor eating habits and also the genetic modification of our food supply. Understanding the cause of these disorders helps with these patients reclaiming there lives from the daily use of meds that only treat the symptoms.

Dr. Joe was my and my husband's Chiropractor for 8 years. He helped us so much with our pain, and nutrition and we always looked forward to our appointments. Dr. Joe was the one who helped me discover all my… food allergies and helped me learn how to eat a healthier diet. We definitely miss him here in Hershey, PA, but are so happy for the new patients that will get to meet him and be helped by him the way he helped us. Best of luck in your new practice Dr. Joe. And thank you for being our doctor for so many years.

I have stenosis and scoliosis; I was in constant pain, and would limp when I got tired. I never believed in chiropractors, I figured there was no way that gently poking or cracking my back could give me relief, but it has. It took a few months to really start working, but I'm in far less pain, and don't limp anymore. Dr Joe has really helped me immensely.
