This place is a joke. They didn't even order my contacts even though I contacted them twice & stressed that my coverage would be ending on a certain date. Total waste of an eye appointment. The optometrist has very poor bed side manner and did not even introduce himself. My daughter was very uncomfortable and he had no personality or patience calling her over dramatic.

I have such a hard time picking out frames, but I've never had anyone work as hard as Gwen did to help me find just the right ones. She was so nice and sincere. She didn't make me feel like I was putting her out at all. The optometrist was friendly and personable and went out of his way to help me find just the right contacts. The entire staff made me feel like I was at home.

Helpful staff and a very low wait time Facilities are nice and sanitary with all frames you try on sanitized between each customer. They are willing to help you and explain to you all the "features" your glasses come with, so to speak. I think I have been coming here since probably at least 2011-2012, but probably before that. Haven't gone anywhere else for my glasses!
