Matthew Hoppock is a seasoned immigration advocate and litigator. He focuses his work on serving immigrants, their families, and their employers across the United States, with a particular emphasis on appeals to the federal Circuit Courts of Appeals, appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the AAO and litigating immigration issues in the federal courts.
Miguel Mariscal is a passionate advocate for immigrants in court and before the USCIS. He prepares visa and naturalization applications before the USCIS, works with affirmative asylum clients to prepare their claims, and represents our clients in court seeking relief from removal.
During law school, Miguel focused on helping the immigrant community in the Northwest Arkansas area by acting as a volunteer interpreter, student attorney, and later as a case coordinator for the Immigration Clinic at the University of Arkansas School of Law.He is a native Spanish speaker.

Kelly Hewitt is a fierce advocate for immigrants. Before becoming a lawyer, Kelly was a social worker in Kansas City, advancing the rights of crime victims. Now as an attorney Kelly uses that same passion for social justice to zealously pursue her clients' rights in Immigration Court, before the USCIS and on appeal.
A significant portion of our practice involves appeals of immigration judge decisions, either to the BIA or the Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as writing briefs for other attorneys in appeals. Most appeals from immigration court decisions fall into categories: (1) challenging whether the immigrant is actually removable, and (2) challenging decisions denying relief from removal (like asylum).
We can meet with you in person, by phone, or by video. An in-person consultation allows you to meet the attorney and ask your questions directly. And it allows us to review your documents, discuss your history, and try to craft a solution that will work for you. I have a very complicated case that reached it’s dead end after 5 years of waiting. I was losing hope until I was referred to Hoppock Law Firm.
I called the firm and was scheduled to see the lawyer the next day. I met Atty. Miguel and he was the one who handled my case since day one. He is very thorough, helpful , knowledgeable and up to date in providing information about my case. He always find time Either by phone/email or even skipping lunch just to address my concern in a timely manner and makes me feel that my case is in a good hands. In the end, we finished the case with flying colours
