When attempting to lease a duplex with this management, they were helpful at first. They told us what we wanted to hear and gave us a great deal verbally. When the lease was sent to us, there were a few things that needed to be fixed and the woman in charge lost her mind and replied completely unprofessional and rude, saying that "we should just trust her" and we shouldn't have to have our agreements in writing. We went in to get our money back, and after speaking with her again about the lease issues, she yelled that she didn't need to rent with us and threw our money at us and told us to leave
