Family Tree School Age Program
A Family Tree is committed to the Warwick community and its families. Strictly following the CDC and DOH guidelines, we will keep your children healthy, safe, happy and learning at all our locations! What makes us unique at A Family Tree is our CORE VALUES of FAMILY, COMMUNITY, PROFESSIONALISM and a PASSION FOR TEACHING.

Both my daughters attend Family Tree. One's 3, the other 9, each one is at a different center. Whether I go to one or the other, the staff is so friendly and ALWAYS knows my name and both the girls! Family Tree has been an amazing daycare. They've been nothing less than amazing in helping my son learn and grow.
Services
Both Warwick residents for most of our lives, we wanted to take our years of child care and youth leadership experience and open a program that helped provide parents with safe, affordable, childcare during working hours. Our focus was to provide exciting and innovative programming that would provide the children with opportunities to make a connection with the Warwick community and support and foster the growth of these future leaders.
Education: Child Care Management Degree from Thompson University, holds a CDA from the Council of Professional Recognition, Best Youth Worker Certification. I also have my AA in early Childhood Education and am currently a student at Charter Oak College, finishing my BA in Early Childhood and Youth Studies, working towards my long term goal of earning an PhD in Education.
A Family Tree offers full day remote learning for your child - ages 5-12 years. They will not only participate in online classes with their public school teachers, the will also enjoy much needed social, emotional and physical interaction with other children and A Family Tree teachers and staff. Miss Marci Banach will be there to guide the children through their studies.
Our teaching staff includes a lead teacher with her BA in Infant and Toddler concentration. We employee two registered nurses. Although this is no longer a requirement of DCYF, we feel it is an important part of our program, and parents of young children agree. Our infant staff have many years of experience.
A Family Tree believes that the time after school is extremely important for school age children. It should be a time to relax, enjoy friends, grab a healthy snack, and go outside to play. We have careful crafted our after school program enrichment activities to include the development of the whole child.

Would not recommend. My daughter was bullied by a boy in this day care and when asked about the incident the teacher replied by scolding my daughter saying she should tell the teacher, as if telling me (her mother) was wrong and then continues with, "they don't know what she's talking about." Unprofessional. Would not trust these people with my child again. All those cameras and "teachers" yet not one person was supervising these children because if they were, they would know how my little girl got hit by a boy. What led up to it, where and how. There one job is to supervise the children. zero

A Family Tree truly goes above and beyond, not only with their curriculum but with social and emotional needs. To say I’m impressed with how quickly and efficiently they’ve adjusted to Covid precautions is an understatement. They’ve even taken social distancing protocols during line up time. Of course, taking temps and hand washing are a top priority too so each child washes their hands & has their temp taken at drop off. Especially with the age group for these children, AFT really adapted well to CDC guidelines. I have no doubt in my mind that my boys are safe. It certainly takes a village

My daughter Liliana is 10 years old and has been going to Family Tree for most of her life. We love the staff their kindness. They have so much to offer from learning how to read, making fun crafts to cooking awesome treats. Such a fantastic place to send your child to when you have to go to work. I highly recommend 💯!

I love this daycare for my kids! The staff is always warm and the kids are always having a blast. The owners are fantastic and are quick to respond to any concerns and really listen to the kids and parents. There is always something going on, and the kids are constantly learning new things. I love that the kids are challenged and still supported and truly cared about by their teachers. I highly recommend Family Tree to anyone looking for child care!

Hi my name is Miss Kristina. I have been at Family Tree for three years now . I have been teaching for over 20 years and have worked with infants and young toddlers. Family Tree is a wonderful school that both my granddaughters attended. Family run and operated it is a great place for lots of fun and learning. I love my job working hands on with the babies daily. Teaching and watching them grow and reach their milestones is great. All the kids give such good face and everyday is different. I look forward to continue working and making a difference in many ways.

My son has been going here since he was 10 weeks old. We are so thankful to have found Family Tree. The staff is fantastic. Within the first few days everyone knew who he was, and made us feel so at home. He loves going to school, and is full of smiles every time we walk in the door. The infant room is great, there is so much activity and fun. The babies are stimulated and played with, which makes leaving him each day so much easier.
