We at Early Minds Child Care, Inc. understand the difficult decision each parent must face when choosing a child care center. We try to make your decision easier by providing you and your child with a quality program designed to meet both your needs. There are many centers to choose from, but not all are quality centers.
Early Minds Child Care, Inc. believes that during a child's early years he/she will learn social, emotional, physical and cognitive lifelong skills. We believe these skills are essential for a child's "growth". We strive to provide children with these life-long skills. Early Minds believes children should learn and explore through play.
Cynthia Prete started in the childcare field in 1991, when she was only 19 years old! She started as a substitute in a home daycare and then moved on to becoming an assistant teacher at two childcare centers in Houston, Texas. Quickly, Cynthia realized this was the career for her. She continued her education in Early Childhood, becoming teacher certified for infant, toddler and preschool age groups.
All doors that lead into Early Minds Child Care from the outside are always locked. Strangers, delivery people, mail persons, parents with whom staff is not familiar, etc. are NEVER ALLOWED INTO THE BUILDING without authorization from the Director or Assistant Director. Our staff follows strict procedures before allowing anyone to enter our Center.
If a holiday falls on a Sunday and is legally observed on a Monday, Early Minds Child Care, Inc. will be closed on that Monday. If a holiday falls on a Saturday and is legally observed on a Friday, Early Minds Child Care, Inc. will be closed on that Friday. Early Minds Child Care, Inc. will make every attempt possible to be open in snowy weather.

Our family has had a great experience here! The teachers and staff are wonderful, caring people who are great at what they do. My child has a severe allergy and they were amazing with her, I always felt comfortable knowing she was safe with them. She learned so much in the few years she has been here. I recommend EMC2 to anyone who is looking for a great daycare for their children.
