It is really unfortunate that I recently had to cancel my insurance with State Farm. I have been with this agency since I got my drivers license 35+ years ago. I asked if they could help reduce my rate but the staff said there was nothing they could do. I went with another reliable company who advised me on options for coverage (numerous other companies also gave me options) and this reduced my rate. Funny that this company/agency couldn't do the same at this time. I have no tickets or accidents. I have been a very loyal customer for so many years and this is the thanks I get. I wonder if Ms. Gaines
