I faced discrimination in this place. The person did not do her job properly. I was having laser hair removal. It started normal and after that, she asked me my origin and I told her I'm originally from Turkey. She changed her attitude. She did not even properly finished the parts that I paid for. She was so disrespectful. Somebody needs to remind Armenians that this is UNITED STATES not Armenia. I will never go back to this place again. Waste my money.

My friend called in on 1/24/2022 at 5:30 to scheduled an appointment, the receptionist was extremely rude, we asked to scheduled an appointment on Saturday, but she hung up on us on the first time. Then we called back again she scheduled us on Thursday and told my friend that if I need to reschedule the appointment I would have to call in myself. She literally has to ask my phone number 3 times knowing what I was driving just to pissed me off.

Tried calling back this office today to speak with Ivonna about my yelp issues and once again had the most difficult time and could not get through to any manager and not only that had to call in 4 times where they left me on hold and they apparently she was on another call or left.. never the less never could speak to her and so frustrated because no one should have to deal with this, I have spent to much money here to get treated this way! Will never go back sadly! My staff as an office manager would never treat clients this way!

Laser has always been nerve wrecking to me. I usually would get waxed on my armpits and Brazilian, however wax adds up money wise and still grows out the same or even thicker. I was thinking of getting laser for the longest, but was always afraid of the pain. My girl friend referred me to come here and said if I can handle wax than I can definitely handle laser pain.

My first ever laser hair removal full Brazilian and let me tell you. Hasmik was so professional and made me feel so comfortable. She was fast and very precise. She informed me of what to expect during the procedure and post procedure aftercare. I am so impressed by this experience. I am definitely a new regular client of hers! I recommend requesting her as your nurse for laser hair removal.

As far as laser job is good, but their prices are jumping from one month to another…. It is not like I paid a lot but the concept is not right. Laser for for chin used to be $10, I went in November they charged me $15, then I had to go in January I was surprised that they charged me $20…. 🙄

Well... we've been going to New Look for over a year and my daughter and I get several services each time. Usually we get great nurses until they move on to another job. In the past month they canceled on my daughter twice for different services as they did not have enough staff for the appointments we make 2 months in advance. We understood things happen. But if you cancel and are unable to reschedule for within the next month, that is unacceptable. We've taken our business elsewhere, where we are more appreciated.

I purchased the Groupon deal for 6 sessions for $100. The receptionists were very nice and informative with what documents had to be signed.
However, don't go to Alanie(?)
I brought my own numbing cream, even if I knew that they provided their own numbing cream for laser hair removal. She first asked if I had any numbing cream on but I informed her that I did bring my own. She then brushed me off and said that if it's my first time, I should do it "raw" because it's tolerable.
I was grunting and screaming in there because I personally have a very low pain tolerance

I came here for a consultation to see what kind of skin treatment I could benefit from for clearer skin and to remove dark spots. But I was saddened when I was rushed by one of the receptionist and then when I got to the nurse she didn't even know what type of consultation I was here for. But what really took me over the age is when she went to get another nurse and the nurse came in and looked at me and said "no she's too dark" this type of treatment would work for her. I was in disbelief. And then the other nurse just basically told me that I can ask the from desk for another

The laser treatment itself is good and the nurses are always professional and nice. Most front desk workers ignore you, are rude, not quick to help as customer service should be. I myself work in customer service and know that leaving people standing for ten, fifteen minutes. Not directing them or paying any attention is not okay. There are probably one or two nice workers but the rest could possibly need a retraining. I am not one to critique, I understand that the front desk may be busy but they have a tendency to always ignore and put off customers. At the end of the day they are representing

They already took money from me saying I missed my appointment, at the Glendale located. When I called four days before my appointment to let them know I needed to reschedule. The manager wouldn’t even come out, she just told the front desk to charge me. Come in again, and apparently I owed more money?! I thought I already took care of this, when it wasn’t even my place to pay when I called ahead of time. So why is it I owe more money? Again the manager wouldn’t come out. This place is so unprofessional. They need to get a new manager.

So sketchy... Made my appointment for a consultation a few weeks ago for laser hair removal. The women working behind the desk seemed bored and uninterested. Which, honestly, I get it. Working reception is super boring. Honestly no knocking that. But when I did talk to someone about checking in, the iPad froze and I went to ask someone for help and they just stared at me and went back to talking. I mean, come on guys...

The price is incredible, the treatment is next level, and I cannot recommend this enough. The location is not ideal, but totally worth the small trek.
COVID regulations are implemented and I felt very safe the whole time. I would like to shout out to Evet and Rania for amazing service and hospitality!
