If I could give a NO STAR I WOULD Bad service! this place straight up refused to service my car because they said it was there policy not to touch cars that already been worked on. In other words if you didn’t get your stuff from them they ain’t messing with you. Funny because he had said for me to bring it by and they would do it. Now all of a sudden he ain’t going to do it. I would not recommend this for anyone not even people I don’t like ha what a joke! Bad juju for this company and anything related to them….

Stay away from this con man. He said the tint job he did on my car was guaranteed for as long as I owned the car I went back 2 years later after my rear window was covered with bubbles on the tint and he refused to replace the tint. He wanted to charge me $150 for the rear window. He originally charged 210 for all the windows. The owner went on to say that he only gives the longest guarantee on the most expensive tint. Im not one to dog on apprentice installers still learning but, for $625 I could not believe that they allowed my vehicle's new 5 Channel amplifier swap to roll out of the Lot like that! The Owner of the shop personally said "All good to Go thank you!" Then I roll down the street expecting to be jamming out with my new pioneer speaker system and the sound quality was just insanely sad, horrific, and robbed of all bass. I returned, they looked at it, turns out the wiring was completely reversed and they fixed it costing me an extra hour. Its not a huge deal but I would expect Any professional

Brought my classic 82 Mercedes there to splurge on a premium sound system. The problem was when I went to pick up the car they told me that they didn't know how to replace 2 of the 5 speakers I had agreed to buy. Worst than that is the damage they did to my center console which had been recently replaced. I will need to find a way to properly secure the center shift console due to the fact they broke the holding pin. When removing the panel for the radio they lost a proper screw which was a pan head and replaced it with a screw that would allow the wood cover to sit correctly. The climate

I wasted my time trying to give this joke of a business a chance to fix their mistakes,But After realizing I was just waisting my time I ended up taking my truck to a real shop that was able to get it right the first time ! Save yourself a headache and go to OFF ROAD WAREHOUSE.

Got my tints back in May and micro bubbles and pure laziness. They couldn't even clean the sticker residue off. Left a scratch ( which l called about ) but due to just me bringing it back at a later time they couldn't help me and wanted to charge for a re-tint. Unprofessional. DO NOT bring your car here. Go somewhere else!

I have been using Audiosport for the better part of 5yrs, just took another car in to get the window's tinted, this makes the fifth one now, and I am very happy yet again with the great service and awesome job done. Sean was super helpful in picking the right tint for the window's and making sure I was getting the best product, I have had the same guy do the last three car's and he is more than skilled in his precision and craft, the tint is always done with pride and spot on, I have never had a complaint. I would recommend Audiosport for any of your car needs, be it tint or rims

Worst place to get anything done the guy behind the counter is a scam artist he will rip you off i financed 1500 with a company who works with them ( American first) and
They did terrible work on my sound system first day i got it it blew a fuse and speaker
And now if I dont pay of the fifteen hundred in 100 days they tack on an additional 2500 do not go to audiosport or this finance company they will rip you off you'll end up paying thousands for nothing

If u can plz avoid this place..i came here to get windows tinted and a car alarm..well the car alarm was messing up after a couple of days, when i would unlock the doors the alarm would go off and couldn't turn it off..our car wouldnt start so we had to take the relay off to get it started(mind u i live in san jose i couldn't be going back and forth trying to get this fixed right away) 3 month later we went to visit family and went back to this place to see if they can fix it."so they tried" nope after 2 days it started with the same Fkn problem.so i got it fixed somewhere else

Unbelievable how this shop took advantage of me I have all the shoppers around me laughing at me saying how did you fall in a deep hole! I got ripped of and charged 10 times the amount on the product I bought!!!!! Manager always laughing about how they ripped me off and how they charge me for other stuff that they didn't even put on my car. Trash a** work in this shop not worth going to that shop!!!!!
