This place was amazing wish I could give them 10 stars, Walter was very friendly and let me look around and choose what I wanted instead of telling me what to get like the other dealers, I was looking at a 2012 bike and ended up getting a 2019 gsxr. Great experience at BBV buying THE first Ural Gear-Up 2WD! Chris Robinson was an excellent sales rep, not pushy, but knowledgeable and accommodating. He arranged a demo ride on the Ural side-car rig with a minimum of fuss, and made the sales transaction go smoothly.
Had the pleasure of meeting the owner of BBV, Eric, and he was quite helpful as well. One gets the impression they are a growing local shop in good hands.
Dan the tech rep was also quite helpful, and gave me a through orientation to Ural.
Highly recommend BBV, just a bit hard to navigate to after you see it from the freeway!

Motor on my 650 ninja locked up. Bought bike with 14k on it only lasted 3,000 miles. I’ll never buy a bike from them again.. on top of motor being locked up I got 2 right side mirrors on my bike. As I tear down, wounding why my intake has excessive amounts of oil in it… found air switch valve was completely disconnected.. Yeah im not a motorcycle mechanic… but I’m a master automotive technician. I will keep updating this post once I tear down motor. I rebuild cars with 4,6,8 cylinders I think I can handle.

I got ripped big time. I would advise you to not be like me (trigger happy) aka stupid I was desperate to get back on a bike and didn't even look at the bike. Now after the fairings flying off a week after buying I was able to look closer.
30k miles for 6,999$ and I got hella of interest for finance. I at least expected the bike to be inspected and up to par. Here's a list
A hole in the reservoir
Leaking oil pressure sensor
Faulty wiring
Missing bolts on tank and steering dampener
List can go on.
Be careful please if your a new buyer bring a real mechanic to inspect your bike before

I would not recommend bringing anything here. I brought my bike in needing a Kickstarter which they were originally going to charge me an outstanding $500 to fix (extremely overpriced for the job). After a month of waiting for parts, they fixed my Kickstarter but cracked my crankcase in the process. They lowered my total to $415 not because they wanted to but because I was furious with them. I brought my bike in running now I can't ride it until I get my new crank case which I'm going to replace myself. Also very bad customer service. Every time I called them for an update, they&apos

They have an agreement you have to sign where if you buy something from them you can't put a bad review until you get with them to try and fix it otherwise they will try and sue you. Good thing it didn't even get that far. I'm surprised this place is even still in business. They have Mickey Mouse mechanics and they buy their motorcycles from auctions and try to sell them for way above what they're worth. Then they try and get you to lease a motorcycle which seems appealing until you realize you have to pay $6000 at the end of the lease where you've already paid $12000 into

Horrible place. Took my stretched zx10r. Asked JOHN to make it safe. Explained there's a wobble and change all bearings and make sure it's safe. New shock and lowering links installed.
Got my bike back 3 weeks late. Got home the chain is slapping everywhere.
Took bike back and told me I need a special tool to tighten chain LIE!!!
My swing arm bolts were damaged and stripped. My wheel had 7mm of play( obviously where they tried to figure out how a single sided swing arm worked)They told me lies and didn't call me back on my chain price because they damaged my bike; and didn&apos

The experience from the first call to the delivery of my bike has been the best. They made the process of replacing my engine painless. The best part is that Justin kept me in touch with the process and answered all my questions. Now that I had the opportunity to ride my motorcycle after the repair, I am thankful of the skill Kane has. He worked on my motorcycle and he did a fantastic job.
BBV towed my motorcycle back and forth to my house.
They replaced a headlight bulb that I was unaware was not working.
They diagnosed, found a quality replacement, and replaced my engine.

Very solid bike shop staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and prices are more than fair.
Gave them my quad to do service on al at service jump right on it and got it ready in couple hours so I got it same day and was able to use it this weekend. Highly recommend to check out I will definitely be regular there...

Shredded a belt in my UTV 2017 can am maverick x3 max x. They upgraded my primary and my secondary to fix the factory defect for about $200 less then carter, ridenow and yamaha quoted me.
These guys have to be the best in vegas. They got me back in the desert in about 4 days. Best motorcycle repair shop in las vegas. Side by side customer for life.
Also they sell bikes too!!!
