Westgate Village Apartments

I was a resident for four years and enjoyed my experience. The staff was incredible and professional. The apartment was clean and maintenance requests were handled quickly. If you are looking for an apartment in Cheyenne, Wyoming I could not recommend this place enough!

My experience here was outstanding. The apartments were reasonably priced, well maintained and the property manager was exceptional. I was treated like family and will always look on my stay here with fondness

I am resubmitting this review because the manager talked with me and hopefully are working on things. She is an example of what managers need to strive to be. I've been through alot and the fact that she is willing to listen is great. Even if things dont work out thank you for,listening.

They treat you like a person and as long as you are honest and considerate of the tenants and the rules, they will work with you as life events happen. I moved across the country on short notice and they were incredibly helpful during my move and any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly.

Tonia Cope is AMAZING. I had to move out of my current apartment due to some roommate issues and into another one in the same complex, and she was SO helpful and understanding! Every single time I go into the office I’m greeted with a friendly smile and positive attitude. I have had awful experiences with leasing agencies but West Gate Village has been amazing the last 7 months or so! Whenever I have had an issue with something in my apartment it was fixed the same day or the next. Never had any issues with billing or anything. Gym/pool is always spotless as well! Great job guys!!

I just moved from there to Tucson the management team put up with me for two years and were really great people that understood my situation and adjusted to me. There wonderful people and the place is very quiet and was close to the base which was better for me.. thank you Tonya for everything.

I have been staying in my apartment at Westgate for years and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The landlords have been kind, fair, and quick to respond to maintenance issues. I highly recommend staying with them.

Not only were the grounds and apartments super cute, clean and very affordable... the staff was even better! Tonya the property manager was amazing! She was always there to help and always went above and beyond. Her staff was just as great! Super helpful and very professional. I would recommend west gate village apts to everyone. I’m sad I had to relocate for work! Renting from west gate village was the best experience I had renting from anywhere I have rented from before.

These apartments have very good landlords and a great maintenance team as well. Over the past three years there hasn't been any issue that I've brought up that wasn't addressed or fixed immediately. It is an excellent complex that's located conveniently and has a great price point compared to others with clean and cozy spaces. I've already recommended this place to several friends. Thank you guys again for a good and comfortable couple of years.

Moved in of April 2019 with a nice transition in and out Sept 2020. The people of the office are very welcoming and understanding of military! Had no problems with my stay there and it's really close to base! I'd recommend 👌.
