I thought the management cared about making sure repairs were completed. Evidently they just want the income without repairing and keeping things looking decent.
When first moved in several years ago, they stated they will address maintenance issues withing 48 hours. I reported several times about things needing fixed. Leaking from ceiling, water damage on ceiling from leaking, smell of mildew and mold from leaks not being repaired, towel rack that came loose, window blinds that are broken, and sidewalks not cleared of snow. These are the major ones lived with because on a fixed income difficult
