MotoMax was created in 2008 to fill a need that wasn't being met. Motorcycle enthusiasts looking to save money by buying a used motorcycle instead of a new one had no one to turn to for help. Thus, MotoMax was born. MotoMax is owned and run by motorcycle professionals who want to share their love of the sport with others by helping them find and purchase a safe, reliable used motorcycle that fits their lifestyle and lives up to their dreams.

This year MotoMax partnered up with Queens Together Motorcycle Club in an effort to support our local Wake Forest battered woman's shelter. The Charity Ride brought out more than 200 bikes from all over the East Coast. The MotoMax Girls show their support and love by posing with the racers, holding a $50.00 Gas Card raffle and running the 30-second board for the first round.

Called MotoMax today to inquire about some paperwork needed for the DMV--really appreciate it when a real person answers the phone. The gentleman I spoke with transferred my call to Felicia who was wonderful. She heard out my story, did quiet a bit of research given the date of the transaction and provided me with the much needed docs. Felicia's customer service went "above and beyond". It was a real pleasure working with her--absolute rock star!!!

My experience at Motomax was pretty good overall. I had been trolling their website and showroom for a few weeks waiting for something I liked to come in. Their website doesn't update very often so going to the store is the only real way of keeping up with their inventory, hopefully this will get better in the future, but for now it's the only thing I can take a star for. When I finally found a bike I liked, I did some research on it and found it was pretty well comparably priced to other bikes of the same year and mileage. I understand businesses like this need to make money off what they sell

I worked through a car dealer colleague to sell off a Harley I no longer wanted. The guys here made an offer and asked for me to come in to sign the papers and they'd pick up the scooter. When we arrived shortly after opening the next morning, no one but employees were in the show room. The manager we were sent to see gave us a chilly reception, then walked off to his office leaving us standing there not knowing what was happening. Another employee saw our confusion and at least offered us a chair and coffee.

Good ppl here, they don't upsale you constantly. They have a variety of bikes, ATVs, accessories. There is even an area to sit, grab a coffee/water to talk shop with the guys and other customers. The salesman Eric is specifically attentive and helpful. Some of the prices are a little high for used, but aren't they all at times. It's worth the visit!!
