I have been in the market for a new off-road motorcycle for about a month. I have not had any luck finding the specific model near Fayetteville/Ft Bragg Areas. I was told by this dealership they could give me a specific amount on my trade in (a little above average low retail). After they agreed to a pay-off my vehicle, I submitted a credit application, and my credit was pulled as a hard inquiry. Upon approval of my credit application, they back out of their offer/say they didn't agree to it. I am very disappointed and upset, to say the least, I wish 0/5 was an option. Be careful with this dealership

All around great experience. Did almost everything online and by phone. showed up today (xmas eve)signed some papers, they put a plate on it, loaded it up on my truck and I was on my way. Great price for the bike, and best deal on the extended manufacturer warranty( first time I've ever purchased an extended warranty) Thanks team powersports for making this the best Xmas ever.

I called Team Power Sports out of the blue when I was headed to a Christmas craft fair. They were so nice I ditched the craft fair and drove over. I left that day financing 2 Royal Enfield bikes. Exactly what I wanted. My son was so excited to get one for Christmas. The second bike was for me! Living in fayetteville and having no knowledge of motorcycles, Sev helped us figure out the best way to get the bikes home, gave us tips on services and tie down. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone. I had a number to text for questions and the response was always immediate

I made an online offer on a used Yamaha street bike and Sev made me a good deal on it. The buying process was an easy transaction. The only recommendation I would make is to review your policy/standard for test riding used motorcycles. I was allowed to test ride on my 2nd visit to the dealership. Folks might be hesitant to purchase if a test ride is denied. Overall, I would definitely do business with them again. Thank you!

Jerome was awesome! This is my son‘s first motorcycle and Jerome put us all at ease, there was no pressure to buy. and only a sincere desire to educate and make sure we were getting the right bike for our son. I couldn’t be there when the bike was picked up and I asked her room to please send me a photo and sure enough, the next day, this picture came. Whether it’s your first bike or your fifth bike, I can’t recommend the staff at Team Powersports in Raleigh enough.

Taylor was an incredible help in finding safety gear as a first time rider. He spent upwards of an hour explaining to us what we would need and the extent to which every item would provide an extra level of safety as newbies. By the time we left with the whole Nine yards, I felt not only confident, but eager to come back and continue to update my equipment. Moreover prices were reasonable and sales not uncommon. I’ll most definitely be in often.

Got a new tire install on my ZX14. Crew were friendly and took a little over an hour to do get it done. The atmosphere is great with an open minded and sophisticated staff that can pretty much get anything done regarding motorcycles in general. Salute to everyone there and a special shout-out to Athena💪🏽😎🙏🏽
