This place hooked us up with a great New trailer at a reasonable price. We had some difficulty with the pandemic and their staff turnover getting service, but the owner Tina personally followed up with us to make sure issues are resolved. That says a lot about a business and that they care about how they treat their customers. We understand things happen and appreciate their follow-up to make sure everything gets resolved. We plan to purchase future trailers here and recommend this business.

Absolutely loved working with the crew at RV Corral for our used Berkshire XL. This is the second coach we have purchased from RVC and had Luke as our salesman both times. We kind of wandered into the RV Corrall in Eugene just to look at fifth wheel trailers. We had a 2011 Cougar and just loved it so we weren’t looking to buy a new one. We’ll, needless to say, my wife saw a 2022 Montana she absolutely loved. The whole staff at RV Corrall was really accommodating. They gave us a fair price for theirs and a fair price for our trade in. Everything went well and we have a brand new trailer.

We contacted RV Corral from out of state about a trailer that we wanted repaired and sold. We came to Oregon to take care of the trailer specifically. After 3 times of getting a different person, them having no record of ever speaking to us, and repeating ourselves, we finally got ahold of Tyler. From my initial phone call inquiring about the availability of a unit through financing and the walk-through I was treated like favorite family. I don't have a lot of experience with the RV world and life, and each one of my (many) questions was answered with honesty and respect. I feel like I can return at any time with any questions on the used unit that I purchased and any one of these folks will take the time to help me find an answer. The co-pilots didn't get to meet the RV Corral folks, but they fully approve of the new "weekend digs"!

Brought our RV in to RV Corral on Aug. 11th for a recall on an overhead cabinet and what started out as a pleasant morning ended up being a big frustration with the service department. The appointment was for 8:30 am and was estimated to take approximately an hour but we ended up having to wait for over 3 hours for a simple repair. Two L-shaped brackets were added for extra support which seriously should have been completed within the 1 hour timeframe. Very disappointed- my brother went in to just do a walk through and get a better idea of what he wanted. But they were unwilling to let him look around- all they were interested in was credit rating (my brother was paying cash)my brother told him he did not want his credit rating checked repeatedly and it lowering his score especially when he was paying cash. The guy told him no one is just gonna let you look in and around. Well that was not true -went to a dealership in Junction City and ended up looking over all the models got to ask questions and ended up purchasing a $200,000+ unit plus a vehicle

Bought a 5 year, extended service contract for our motorhome from USWC with RV Corral as the go between/seller. I called many dealers and only RV Corral could find just the right one for our 2003 motorhome. Other dealers did not want to do this because of the age of the unit.

What a great find. Can't say enough good things about this dealership which I found purely by accident (truly). While on a trip I as at a gas station filling up my Motorhome when taxi pulled in and hit my rig. After the anger settled down and the insurance company let me know that they would pay for the drivers carelessness I started looking for a shop or dealer who could make the repair. We haven't even gotten our RV back from them and I can't wait to leave a review. We had a new RV with some minor issues and a major roof leak. From the moment we raised our concern, they treated us with complete professionalism. When we returned to the dealer with the RV, they were waiting for us and prepared to address our concerns. Run from this dealership. We went here thinking they would be different than others, but they're just as bad if not worse. Shady sales tactics (switching out trailers, trailer components, techs didn't find MANY issues with this brand new rig), poor tech work, delivery is rush you through early on Saturday with no real time to inspect for issues. Luckily we found two major cosmetic issues off the bat - a cut in the dining cushion and a large scratch on the dining table - which they swapped with another trailer. I Spent my entire savings on a supposedly new trailer. Entire savings. They kept the trailer a number of days after purchase to "detail" it. I'm still wiping yellow brown odorous residue off the walls. Globs of sticky white substsnce clung to a bedroom wall. Wallpaper edges are peeling. The carpet and under the edges of the carpet were filthy throughout. A dead squashed beetle stuck to a cabinet bottom over my bed. A filthy greasy washcloth was stuck to the bottom of the bed mattress. I was told by service regarding the filthy cloth, that... "it happens"...

This review may seem long but we've been working with The RV Coral with the sale of our motorhome for over 3 weeks since August 7, 2018 and we couldn't be more pleased with the absolutely phenomenal experience and above and beyond customer service we had encountered with everyone there.
