I took my horse trailer in to be fixed from some previous repairs at another place.
I am so happy with the job that was done and the customer service is great!
I will be taking my trailer there from now on even though it’s a 2 1/2 hr drive one way......it’s so worth it to feel that my horses are now safe!

We’ve dealt with other companies in the area for years and I can tell you they do not compare to Akins. Akins team was thorough and easy to deal with from start to finish! With all the craziness that is going on with the current fires THROUGHOUT Oregon, you all STEPPED UP to the plate and hit a HOME RUN with us locals and even out of stater's! My son contacted you and without hesitation, you loaned him a horse trailer for 2 days!!! It could have been more, but he had to (9/10/2020). He contacted you all again after work on the 10th, and you had him set up with yet ANOTHER trailer for him to use!! As of today 9/12/2020, he is still using that trailer and is planning to continue to use it over the weekend. He has put in OVER 1700 miles with your trailers in tow since

Big shoutout to the team at Akins for generously loaning TONS of inventory to everyone involved in livestock rescue & evacuation efforts this past week during the Mckenzie River Fire. What really impressed me was that without hesitation, they offered brand new trailers out to individuals, knowing they were going to be driven through hazardous conditions.

My first choice for horse trailer purchase! Owner and staff are friendly, exceptionally attentive and helpful. There were no hidden sales pitches. They were honest and factual. We knew what we had in mind, and they worked with us to get what we wanted- even manufacturing what we needed. When our trailer arrived, they went over everything in detail, and made corrections as needed. We drove several hours from out of state, and it was worth every bit!!
