I journeyed from Southern California to Northwest Arkansas in 1993 pursuing my high school love and wife, Wendy. Although a long trek for this Newport Beach native, it became clear our new hometown was rich in quality of life, family values, and opportunity to build. I grew up around design and building at a young age with a family of engineers, architects, and interior designers.
These family influences stoked my passion to create and build homes, so in 1996 when Martin Building Group built it's first home in Northwest Arkansas, our mission and journey began to provide fine homes for Northwest Arkansas. In the beginning we set out in pursuit of craftsmanship and fine homebuilding.

Services
We are proud to offer new homes that have earned the ENERGY STAR(R) label. ENERGY STAR(R) qualified new homes are substantially more energy efficient than homes built to the minimum code requirements. Our ENERGY STAR(R) qualified new homes are independently verified by a third-party Home Energy Rater to ensure they meet ENERGY STAR(R) energy efficiency guidelines.
Our integrated design process provides seamless creativity through planning, architecture, interior design, and building. This process gives our clients security and confidence that their project will be clear and balanced between plans, qualities, finishes, and cost. Our approach to design/build allows us to handle your custom home or remodel project from conception to completion saving you time and money.
As Northwest Arkansas has matured in architecture and design, we are now designing & building a Coastal Living Collection in collaboration with Wendy Martin Living - a coastal traditional and transitional home more about light open transparent space with extended sight lines essential for indoor-outdoor coastal living.
A home is one of the last hand-built products left in the world. Once we have assembled the natural and manufactured materials, the components interact with each other and the environment. While we strive to build a defect-free home, we are realistic enough to know that we may make mistakes or that something in the home may not perform as intended.
