As first time builders our family greatly appreciated the guidance that was provided by DQH from the ground up. Ben listened to our concerns, desires, and questions regarding the building process, and was always able to meet us in person at the building site to discuss matters per our request. The projected move-in date was accurate and we stayed well within our budget with the help of Ben.

We had a wonderful experience using Ben Decker for building our custom home. We actually attempted to call several other builders, but either never received a call back or we were told they don't build homes below "$500,000". From the moment we began working with Ben, we felt confident in him and that he was truly being honest with us in every aspect. He truly made the process easy and stress free. Our home was finished in about 6 months and we could not have been happier with how everything looked and turned out. Ben was always very responsive to us when we had questions or needed his opinion
