I have taken my car here twice and they have handled everything for me. They talked to my insurance, my dealership, communicated effectively with me and have always gotten my car back to me quickly and looking brand new!

I recently disengaged my bumper on my 370Z and was very worried that it was going to cost a bundle just to reset it. I went to West Coast and was greeted by Mike and he put me at ease. When I returned the following Monday, they reset the bumper as best as they could and it is no longer dangling on one side. They were honest and told me that it might have to be replaced in the future if it happens again and best of all they did not charge me at all!!!! I had ran over a traffic cone driving on the 60 freeway heading to work on February 3rd. Completely tore up my front bumper along with my fog light and the bottom splash guard. I brought it in to west coast on February 6th and these guys had it looking amazing and ready for me too pick up by the 14th. I have never know any body shop that pays attention to even the smallest of details like this place. From the parts, to the paint and service; IMPECCABLE

Make sure if you get your vehicle painted by this business that you ask if they give a lifetime warranty for their paint job and get it in writing. My car was painted by this business in August of 2013. My car was involved in a traffic accident. It took him 3 months to complete the job and look at the attached photo of what it looks like after 6.8 years. Not knowing I was a previous customer, I called the owner (Frank Alejo) and asked how much he would charge to paint my car and he said the shop had to remove a lot of parts so it would be a minimum of $7,000. Writing this review on behalf of my mom: my mom had a collision in December and had the repairs done with West Coast Auto Body. They did a great job with fixing the frame. They let us know when they found issue with the rocker which delayed repairs but was fixed quickly after we were notified. The paint and wax they did over the affected area (as well as on the door handles) was an excellent match in color and blended seamlessly into the rest of the car. She appreciates the attention to detail and would strongly recommend them.

They tried to charge me over 2500 for this...and! They wanted to keep the car for over 10 days to repair. If you guys have a something similar or bigger than this be prepared 1 month in advance to get a rent-a-car cause they're gonna keep your car for weeks!

Great work done on my 2008 Honda Civic that sustained passenger side damage from door to rear wheel well. The body work and paint was professionally done and the customer service is outstanding (Thank you, Frank).

My vehicle was recently hit by USPS driver and I took my car in . The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I took my car in on a Monday and received my car back on Thursday . They did a great job also.

Such a terrible place ,these guy took 1 month to repair 2 wheels .After they done I still found lots of problems inside my car and paint they didn't fixed very well also.Now when I slam on brakes I can hear noise come from my car. They are cheating and careless. I don't know how many problems will appear in the future. Just let you guys know don't choose them, especially A guys named Frank. Remember that.

I got into a car accident on march 26th , frank said my car wouldn't be done for about 2 weeks and it was actually done a little earlier ! Mike is great at communicating and returning calls and messages , my car looks brand new ! I had a fast and pleasant experience with west coast auto body !

Couldn't be happier with Frank and West Coast Auto Body! We had tried to get an estimate from another body shop and after 24 hours+ gave up. Frank handed us the estimate before we left the shop. We were wondering how the paint would ever match, but Frank told us - you'll never be able to tell it was repaired. He was right! They were accurate, efficient, timely - even waxed the vehicle, and detailed the tires!! Lifetime warranty on the paint - we're thrilled! Thanks Frank and West Coast Auto Body!
