We brought them a blank check from our insurance company in total they got just under 8 thousand dollars, our remote start worked upon dropping off but didnt when we picked it up we brought it up and he told us he couldnt fix it that we could go to an audio shop here in town, that's completely unacceptable and I regret not mentioning it with my insurance and pushing it further state farm probably would second guess giving them those valuable blank checks if they heard about this, also the windshield was of poor quality... plain in simple if something works when I bring my vehicle in it should work

I’m not sure if it was Pete himself or someone else, however I was going through some trouble (crashed my car) however Pete himself or not made sure that they did the best the my could that I could afford (me being a younger young 20s person) and the repairs were more then I could have expected for the price. Hopefully don’t ever have to see them again but if I do I know where I will take my vehicle!

I had a car accident back in september...its now October and I have yet to get my car. No updates and no call backs. Im slowly loosing my patience with them and not going to be going back to them at all I don't understand what is so hard about PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I work at a call center and am better than this...take some classes on it..

Hands down the best auto body shop in the area. They make everything easy and offer a loaners so you are not without while your vehicle is being repaired. Years ago used them after an accident and was impressed so after I hit a deer this year didnt even think twice of who to call. And of course they did outstanding work once again. I hope to never need auto body again but if I do I won't hesitate to call Pete's.
