Ownership, office staff and field installers all on the same page ready to make it right! They found a solution to a difficult task that made sense and everything was done perfectly. Would recommend these guys to anyone needing repair, service, install or even something as simple as a tank evacuation. I say that because they’ve done it all for me in the past. No matter who they send out to do which ever task needed, they’re always friendly and helpful . exactly what you would expect from a family run and operated business!

From the first phone call the end of the servicing of our septic service Daniel, Cheyanne, Phil, and the two technicians (whose names escape me right now) all provided fast and friendly service, with excellent communication and punctuality.

We have been using A1 septic for many years and our experience has always been a pleasant one. The new owner took the time to answer my questions and actually explain what was going on in my aged septic
system. NOTE TO SELF: BABY WIPES ARE NOT SEPTIC SAFE!!!!!!! All work was completed just as promised and workers respected my Covid fears by wearing PPE'S I received 4 quotes from other Plumbing companies however A1 septic was the only one who came out immediately. VERY REASONABLY priced $$

Don't hire these crooks! We used this company ten years ago, so we called them when we needed service again recently. We're in a remote area, so we didn't balk too much when they quoted $850 for the service. We called on a Friday with an emergency, but they couldn't fit us in until the following week, so we muddled through over the weekend. Just hours before they were supposed to arrive, they jacked up the price to $1400! We found another company in Patterson (Salinas Portables) who came out and did the job for $500, and were very conscientious and professional.

Say one thing over the phone, then changes terms once on the job. Seem inexperienced. They have 3 different names in the phone book.
A-1, AAA, and Reynolds. There may be more but I called to get price from these 3 and the same person answered the phone. It is a husband and wife, that are not very helpful.
