TOTALLY OUTSTANDING. ABOVE AND BEYOND...Woke up to a flooded bathroom at 1.30 am. Called M.V.P. when they first opened up. Talked to Mike, told him my situation, he called me back within 30 minutes. Other companies told me they were weeks out before they could help me. Mike told me they were busy but got a guy right out to me to drain my septic tank around 11.00am. The driver that came out ( George ) was extremely nice and very good. Had my 1500 gallon tank drained, answered a bunch of questions for me and was gone within 1 hour. The price Mike quoted me on the phone was spot on. No hidden fees
