We had an issue with our home that Dawn was the property manager of. She lied to us about the cause and I asked if could speak directly to the contractor and she gave me his number. I called him he told me what the issue was. When I confronted her she told me I was a liar and that her contractor never said what he told me. Now the contractor will not return my calls or text because he is scared he will not get any more work. These are facts... do not use Dawn Gilley if you want someone you can trust!!
