Don has been working in the automotive industry for 42 years. Since he was 12 years old, Don has always had interest in vehicles. Don now holds several accolades in the industry, including ASE Master Technician, Audi Master Technician, and Worldpac VW and Audi Technicial Instructor. Don is very involved in the VW, Audi and Porsche network, including the position as Factory Instructor for Audi of America since 1984.
I urgently needed my Audi A6 to be checked and serviced plus new tires for MA to TX drive. Don and team were very professional, friendly and did awsome job quickly. I went there due to low tire pressure and the person at the desk was nice and helpful. He couldn't fix it for me because they go by appointments and on top of that I went there on their busiest time of the day.
Our maintenance involves a comprehensive inspection that begins with a functional road test, this is then followed up with scan of your vehicle's computer modules. The under carriage, brakes, tires, and drive train are inspected for possible problems. The engine oil is changed and vehicle's fluids are inspected and topped off when necessary.

The owner Don is very responsive and did a great job. When we first went we decided not to fix the car however the car deteriorated further. Don reached out to us first minute and explained his thoughts. It could be an engine problem versus an oil filter and valve issue. He gave his advice to try fixing the oil system problem and it totally worked! He even helped bring the car home to us. This has saved us a lot of money because of his professional insights. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who has an European car!

I am a customer of Don's for life; well, at least for the life of my Highlander!
Every time I bring our car in for service Don and his team exceed my expectations.
Recently, I had to leave the car overnight for service and he cheerfully arranged for a loaner at no cost to me. That is not common for small independents and I am most grateful for it.
As usual, the mechanical work was first rate and all replaced parts were cheerfully shown and explained to me by one of his talented and polite staff as to why the parts needed replacement.

We cannot say enough GOOD things about Don Bonelli and his staff, after helping us out in an emergency. We were traveling from Upstate NY on I-93 in our Audi A6 and began experiencing engine problems after filling up with gas. The MIL light started flashing. We made it safely off the road and called our local mechanic with the symptoms. He gave us some suggestions but ultimately said we'd better get it checked out before driving any further. We stopped for the night and first thing in the morning we googled Audi repairs in the area and Don's shop was about 20 minutes away. My husband

I thought extremely pricey for work done several months ago, that ultimately did not hold up. Also, was quoted "book rates" for other work. If I wanted to pay "book rates," I could go to my local dealer. Essentially, I have a money pit of a Passat that I can neither drive or sell. Out a lot of money. Not local. Everyone involved is going to get their just rewards on social media.

Don and his team continue to amaze me with their wonderful service. Our BMW Sports Wagon had admittedly a minor issue. I called and asked when I could bring it in for repair. He said right now. So within an hour of so it was all set and at the typically fair price and usual top notch service. Goodby BMW dealer.....hello Euro Car. Goodby Audi dealer (our other auto) hello Euro Car.

I was recommended by a longtime friend to go to Euro Car Center. I had a wonderful experience. Don knows exactly what he is doing. He has trained other auto techs in how to work on Audis. He has several of the high-tech Audi computers for accurate diagnostics.
For each problem I had with my Audi, Don correctly diagnosed the program and quickly. He also was able to get the obtain the "new parts" during the same day. He dropped me off at a local Starbucks for the time during my car being repaired.

I rarely write reviews. In fact, I had to go reset my Yelp password in order to write this one. But, Euro Car Center deserves recognition.
Early yesterday morning I pulled out of my driveway only to discover a pancake flat tire. I jacked up the car, put on the spare and drove into work. Once at work, I looked here on Yelp to find a place to take the tire. Euro Car Center doesn't have many reviews, but the ones they have are all glowing. You can now add mine to that list.

Don and his team are great. There is an oil leak in my VW engine that required taking out the transmission and fixing the axle, which was a major job that took a day and a half. Don showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and how he would fix it.
He was very knowledgeable and he teaches at the Audi University so he knows what he's talking about. What I like about him is his attention to details, for example, when he replaced the brakes, he would paint the component (don't know the name of the part!) so it won't get rusted. He also cleaned my engine and vacuum all the leaves

Don and Jenny are awesome. I took my car here for repairs because it's the closest Euro shop to my work, and I'm really happy I did. Don takes the time to show you exactly what's going on. He put up my car on the lift and showed me the shocks, for example. He recommended against repairing them eight away even though it would have been in his best interest to do that job, instead finding and fixing a more important oil leak issue.
Jenny drives me to and from work during repairs, and is really friendly and helpful. I'm really happy! That's not something you usually hear

I have been a customer of Don Bonelli's Euro Car Center for over 5 year's now. Don, and his staff, are unparalleled in their levels of service and customer care. Don is a fantastic diagnostition, with many local mechanics bringing their unsolvable problems for his help. Many of my friend's have their vehicle's serviced and repaired there also. I will not go anywhere else. One time, my daughter was coming home from college with her Audi, it was getting late in the day, and she broke down on Route 495. Discovering Don's Euro Car Center was a life saver. Don is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I trust what he says because he explains everything in an understandable way and isn't afraid to show you what he's doing. I've had my Audi serviced several times now at Euro Car Center. Don Bonelli, the proprietor, is a very knowledgeable, reliable, fair and friendly mechanic. He's done everything from oil changes, to new tires, to engine work on my car and I always leave satisfied at the rates and the performance of my car after leaving.
