Excellent excellent service. Incredibly professional knowledgeable and fair. I’ve used Schlotts for a handful of repairs on my vehicles over the past few years and it’s always been a great experience. Just went in for nail in my tire and Dev, the tech was great. They didn’t try to up sell anything when it would have been fair to believe the tire needed to be replaced. All it needed was a plug. He give me tips and pointers and things to keep an eye on, he even cleaned behind my wheel-and he was able get me back on the road quick. Jim is always super helpful as well. I had a new car in two months and found a nail stick in the middle of rear left tire. I called dealership and made the appointment in 4 days late. I called Town Fair Tire, 6 minutes no one picking the phone. I called Schlott Tire and John told me drive by.
It was repaired in 5-8 minutes. I feel luck that we have a such capable Tire shop nearby! Strong recommanded!

First time customer - took me in right away, no appointment. I was told by guys at town faire tire that I needed 4 new valve stems &sensors. They quoted me $300 to have them replaced. The guys at Schlott Tire re-evaluated, found a nail in each of my back tires, and noted only one valve stems needed to be replaced. They removed the nails, patched up the tires, and replaced the valve stem - $60! The guys at Schlott are honest, dependable, and hardworking. This will be my go to place from now on.

Took my car here for an aftermarket spring install and I couldn't be more impressed of the workmanship that these guys did. Jim was a pleasant guy to work with together with his crew.. very knowledgeable and professional. Price was very competitive and fair compare to the shops I've called... and probably the best one in the area. Needless to say, I had a pleasant experience. Will definitely take my car here again for future services. Highly recommend these guys! Go check them out.

THEY ARE NOT JUST TIRES! I passed by this place with their funny signs for over 10 years and thought they were only tires, wow was I wrong! They are much more than just tires they are a full body shop. They take care of you like family and make sure that you know exactly what is going on with your car. I felt much better going here than any of the other chains around to get work done to my front bumper.

Rusty and Jim are outstanding people and also know their business like no one else. I've known Rusty since the early 1970s when he was on Broadway in Lawrence.

I've had these tires before and they are excellent in all road conditions and are so smooth and quiet. Michelin tires are hard to beat. They are a little more up front but when you consider how long they last, they are cheaper in the long run....and safer and more pleasant during their life.

Service here is by far the best I've received out of all the tire places I've been to. I wish I had known about this place sooner. I'm coming back here for all my future tire services. I highly recommend them. Don't go to those tire chains like Town Fair Tire who doesn't know what they're talking about most of the time.

I was referred by a friend of mine to use this company to have some tires mounted and balanced on my vehicle. When I arrived I made the job easier for them by having the rims already dismounted from my vehicle and all they had to do was Mount and balance new tires on to them. The gentleman I dealt with was very rude and seems as if he did not care about his job whatsoever he barely said 2 words to me as I gave him my rims and tires to be done.

Schlott is the best. Have never been disappointed here. I once brought my car to the dealer for a rattle I was hearing. They told me I needed to spend $325 to replace some part. I brought it to schlott and they found that something was simply loose and fixed it for free. In another interaction, they realized I was going to be let for work because of a car problem and Picked me up on the side of the road and drove me to work. Great guys.

Absolutely the best place to go for tires and auto service in the area. They are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and great at what they do. They will not try and sell you things you don't need like other places do. Often times they will even suggest ways you can save money. They treat you like family. I had an awesome experience and highly recommend you go there and no where else.
