I brought my lexus in, had a very tiny chip, they said thats an easy fix, dropped off the car and waited there,after 15 min guy comes and says they couldn’t fix it and won’t charge me for anything.I wonder why, when i looked at it they made it worst expand it cracked on both sides and left the drilled hole very noticeable ,I should’ve just leave it how it was you couldn’t tell but I want my car perfect, now looks terrible,and he tells me if I want to replace the whole windshield ,what a joke. Very unprofessional and they don’t care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They deserve 0 zero stars

Horrible experience. Called ahead to see if they could repair an 1/8" chip in my Porsche windshield. I was told it would be a simple repair taking 15 minutes. Dropped off the car and 15 minutes later my windshield had a 3" Crack!
At no point did the tech explain that the repair could cause MORE damage. Spoke to owner, Tim Little, who said there was only a 5% chance of further damaging the windshield while making the repair ... so they don't bother to mention it. If I had known that I would have lived with the chip!
I'm now dealing with my insurance. All their recommended installers won't replace

We had a company truck get broken into this morning and i needed to get the door window replaced ASAP. I called a big name glass repair company and they wanted a lot more money and weren't available until tomorrow at best. I called Auto Glass Replacement and they were reasonably priced and got me in immediately. Before i could even get back to my office they had it completed! All the staff were extremely professional and Tristen did excellent work. The replacement window matched perfectly and our truck was back in service. They were awesome in my opinion! Highly recommended!

Amazing customer service and how I was treated plus there price $100 less than anybody else. Same day service and got the car back to me with a new windshield so clean and they even reset all the mirror camera, stickers and stuff I had on the windshield. They are a very quick efficient and work was clean. I’m very impressed. I want to try and think of something to use them for again
