Initially this company comes across as "tops". They even paid me $100 for my old windshield. Now today, 2 years later, my insurance company informs me they are suing them because they paid reasonable and customary charges for windshield replacement- not the $800 billed. They have a pattern of this practice, which accounts for our rising insurance premiums. BEWARE!!!

Five stars from start to finish. Heather was awesome, Cody and the other tech were friendly, professional and efficient. Such a great experience compared to the no show Safelite tech. Go with AmeriPro even if your insurance company is pressuring you to do otherwise. You’ll save yourself time and get better results!

I called pep boyz and jiffy for synthetic quote. Next time I'll go to Pep.
Pep gave me a straight up quote for my Chrysler 200, $101. Even with a 20% off coupon, ouch.
Jiffy quoted me $69..much better... BUT...
I got there and waited 2+ hrs for the "Jiffy" experience,
by the time they ADD the special oil FILTER and the extra qt of oil, it's $94.
I do get the $15 off. Then they try to Upsell from there. 😳
But it's basically SAME PRICE as Pep Boyz.
USUALLY, you get the JIFFY part, but I didn't even get that!
So, it's back to pep boyz, next time.
At least they have a comfortable waiting

By far my favorite glass company! I had called and used their services several years back and was delighted to get $100 check for my old windshield! They not only called Progressive to file the claim, but came to me and were done within 45 minutes (huge thanks to Jessica and Bill). I recently had to have my windshield replaced in October and received the same great service, less than 2 months later, I was horrified to see another crack (I travel a lot for work)! Not only did they answer all my questions (yes, your ins company will cover more than 1 windshield per year & yes, it's against the law

I saw AmeriPro on a YouTube commercial and decided to use them as opposed to their well known competition to replace my windshield. From start to finish, they were very professional and prompt. Heather helped me file my claim with Progressive insurance and got me scheduled for an appointment three days later. Cam and Bill arrived from separate locations to perform my installation and I commend their patience with me, as I locked the key fob in my SUV! My service technician Brent went above and beyond my expectations when replacing my 2005 Honda S2000 windshield. As an older vehicle, my rear view mirror was a bit difficult to remove from the factory bracket and he was very careful not to strip any screws. He asked if he could take the mirror home and he can soak the part overnight so he can free up the seized screw before reassembly. He came back the next day and tried to mount my original mirror to the new windshield but the slightest difference between the original mounting bracket and the new was just different enough that the plastic cover

I've never had to replace my windshield before, so when I saw the crack, I had lots of questions. I tried to call another company I heard about on a commercial, and I could not get a human being on the phone or via online chat to save my life, waiting forever only for a robot to disconnect me. When I called AmeriPro, not only did a get a human being, but Brenna was so incredibly informative and helpful, she made the entire process so simple for me. She handled the insurance claim, scheduling, everything. When the Tech, Caleb, arrived (on time during the scheduling window), he was very courteous
