I have been reluctant to visit this office because of review about long waiting time. I finally decide to give this office a chance because my unhappy experience at another office in Melbourne (that place has really good review). I have to say I make a good decision. There’s no long waiting time. My appointment is at 9:00AM. I arrive at 8:45AM and check in, my eye exam finishes at 9:41AM. Then I proceed to the optical desk to pick a frame for new glasses. There’s no waiting at all. I finish everything and leave the office at 10:07AM. I’m very happy with my experience today.

Extremely skeptical at the time - Beloved retiring doc sent us to Dr. Darlington, so I reluctantly went from a small, very personalized scenario to a large office herded between stations. My first impression was - "oy vey, get me out of here!" - I quickly realized that while I didn't get my usual friendly "Hi Angela, hows the family?" when I walked in the office & exam rooms, that these people know exactly what they're doing. They have a very well orchestrated system of patient procedures, although you will wait much longer than at a small practice, and covid definitely made the waiting area seem

My first visit with them on December 28th was lovely, the lady at the counter was pleasant and the nurse was informative and dr Michael D was great!
Today December 31st I called back to have a prescription filled following the doctors order.
They lady I spoke to made me feel like I was wasting her time. She didn’t even say goodbye, she simply just hung up! Talk about a disappointment after a great first impression.
