Dr Allen was very courteous to my eye ware needs. He never makes me wait and always spends all the time I need to get my eyes fixed right. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable to different type lenses and frames. I sent my mom over and she had the same great experience. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic, small and intimate eye clinic. Forgo the long assembly line processes of the larger clinics. Dr. Allen is knowledgeable, takes his time, and really knows his patients personally. Customer service still exists, and the staff are delightful. Short wait times, great appointment availability and no surprises with insurance or co-pays.
Also, not sure who the previous reviewer was contacting, but I always call their direct number and get right through to the staff at the front. There's no automated system or unusual wait times.

Good luck getting in touch with them. They use an external answering service who handles over 5,000 clients. If they can't hire a competent receptionist(s), I won't trust my eye care to them. Either that, or they are simply so flooded with patients that my individual business is not worth their time.

Meeting Dr. Allen and his staff was a pleasant experience. I had a few bad experiences with eyes doctors and I am so glad my husband found this wonderful man! I would highly recommend him. He gives a very thorough examine and gave me samples of eye drops and cleansing pads.
