I'm currently sitting in the parking lot at CODE debating on pulling out my money and closing my accounts. They have a policy of putting all check deposits over $4000 on a three day hold. The check I deposited was from a major investment company, not hand written in crayon. Blanket policies with no common sense are signs of a poorly managed institution. I'm thinking I'll find a credit union that doesn't think it's members are criminals.

I have been with this credit union for about 30 years. Regardless if you have great credit or not they do not like to approve loans. If you want to get help for anything, I suggest going to another banking institution. This credit union is not what it use to be. The customer service has went down and their fees are ridiculous.

I went into this branch to open a new account for my business at noon yesterday. I was told no bankers stay in the branch any more to open accounts or settle banking issues." You have to make an appointment". The woman i spoke to said she sent a message to the person who would handle that. I waited a few minutes and he never responded from home or where ever he was. She took my phone number and said she would have him call me back so that I could get on the schedule to open an account the next day. That call never came. If this is a sign of their service {which clearly it is) ,this is

I’ve been with code for about 18yrs. I have had problems getting auto loans with them from the beginning. My credit score is over 800 and my last 2 car loans have been elsewhere. I’m in the process of switching to another credit union all together. The new credit union already wants to refinance my auto loan with a lower rate and pre-approve another one. So long code I’m taking my thousands down the street.

Absolute joke of a credit union. Hidden fees everywhere. When you get a loan through them, you are automatically required to have a savings account with them, which they charge $2 every time they send you paper documents. In order to pay your accounts, you either have to pay out of the forced savings/checking accounts, or be charged 5 dollars each payment you make on top of the balance. DO NOT USE

The worst bank ever! I opened a bank account with direct deposit. I was promised $100 for doing so. I never got my money. I have only had this bank account for around one and a half months. I am missing $10 here and $5 there. Very user unfriendly website. I want to see a printout of all the transactions. Money being added and money being taken out. They cant do that for the customers. They do not send us a statement either and I have not enrolled in paperless. Crooks.

I've been a member for about 17 years. The amount overdrafts fees charged to my account makes me suspect they hold transactions so they can pillage my money at $29.00 a transaction. My ability to get loans has been a pitiful process. If you're thinking of banking with them, think again

Been a long time member, service used to be great but it has been going down hill for the last year or so. There always new employees when I go in there, had problems with my card and just blamed it on the store and gave me a number to call. Tried to cash a check that had my name and my wifes name on it, and was told it had to have both signatures because her name wasn't on the account yet (we just got married). I understand that might be policy, but that fact that I had multiple checks earlier in the month that were written the same way and those were fine... seems no one there is on the same

AWFUL! my husband had an account here for years, and once his loan was paid off, they stated charging $2 every month he didn't sign up for e-statements. Once he did, we realized we really didn't need this account, and closed it out. Now we need access to the statements, and after they told him he would have access, he tried to get on, and was denied...so back to the branch who wants to charge $30!!! We will never do business with them again!

Very rude. I casually mentioned I was disputing a transaction and I was told "well, do it again" and I was dismissed. This was just to be a closer place to deposit my checks. My primary credit union is so much friendlier and warmer. I'm glad I saw Code for what they are.
