Worst experience ever; if I could give - zero stars, I would. Being long-time members, we automatically chose to finance our new car through Abbey in early May; the whole process of applying for and being approved for the auto loan took less than 2 hours. We contacted our insurance company to provide proof of insurance on the new vehicle before going to the loan office to sign the loan paperwork. A month later, after receiving a rather threatening letter from Abbey demanding proof of insurance, and advising us of the consequences, we contacted the insurance company a second time regarding proof

I’ve been a member at ABBEY credit union since the mid to late 70s. The employees have always been kind, professional, and understanding. I never needed to use the financial services at any other credit union or bank.

I can't thank Eric enough for everything he did to help my business! He worked with me & had faith in my business & he made it happen! Thank you so much Eric & Abbey Credit Union! I can never thank you enough! I recommend Abbey Credit Union to anyone who is in need of a personal & or business loan! They will do whatever they can to help you.

DO NOT GET A LOAN through this place. They the most unorganized bank there is. We closed on a boat a month ago and no one can figure out who mailed a paper check out to the other bank. Abbey credit union apparently does not use computers, so they are currently searching an employees desk for a note of where or when she mailed a check. No one seems to retuen calls either. We are going on 2 months of trying to close on a boat due to the bank being so unorganized.
Please save yourself the headache and bank somewhere else. As soon as they figure out our loan, im going in to pay it off and closing

Great credit union! Lobby is still open :) Be nice, there may be a line. Credit unions are great for their members. Same as a big bank, but local.

Small bank my son loves the bank. My wife open a house account there got here card that day with her name printed on it. I move our business account and was not treated the same 3 different people one in training. The lady in retail support started I got asked for a deposit had to go to the rig for cash comeback in the office I was in NOW locked. I get ushered to the teller to finish set up. I leave all I have I an account number. No card no starter checks only web log in. This does not make me happy

My 1 star review is because recently my stepdad passed away and because social security deposited his death benefits into my mom's bank account Abbey credit union froze my mom's bank account and won't let her get his death benefits payment. She even had a letter from social security stating the benefits is to be paid to my mom and still they won't give her access to her account.

I’m a huge fan of Abbey Credit Union. Very friendly staff, prompt service, and great locations. Eric Stetzel is one of the most helpful commercial bankers I’ve ever worked with. This bank clearly places an emphasis on customer service.
