I’ve been a VIP member since January of this year. In my mind I had expected more. One of the things most shocking is they push 5 star reviews. They give you a card and ask for a 5 star review at each treatment which leads me to believe these reviews are erroneous.
Ans get ready for a beauty mill— meaning it’s just a constant flow of people in and out. It’s very loud and there lines to check in and check out, crowded and not enough seating in the lobby during these times. It’s honestly uncomfortable and you will be just a number in their system. By the time you get back to your appointment

I got a Instagram promotion for Acuity Galvanic/Ultrasonic. My visit was on time. Kaila the aesthetician was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything about my skin and did a cleansing for me.
The only thing I didn’t like about this place is at the end they are trying really hard to sell you the membership which made me so uncomfortable!
As a customer I like to go home and go through the papers and then make a good decision!
I rather make an appointment for whatever they recommend than buying the membership.
I guess I need to find another place to do it.
