Born in New Jersey, my family and I moved to Flagler County when I was 5 years old. I grew up in Flagler Beach and absolutely loved the beach views, golden sand and small-town feel. I just knew this is where I wanted to spend my life. I graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School in 1993. After high school, I enjoyed my life fishing and traveling until I met my beautiful wife, Ketrin and married in 2006.

Here is the sequence of steps to help you in the home loan process. Pre-Qualify- This is the first step to determining the best loan type and affordability of a home for your needs. Contract- A signed sales contract between the sellers and buyers of your soon to be new home. The contract is provided to the title company and your loan originator.
