So I paid for a maintenance contract with these folks it should cover like 3 visits per year for 2 years they came out one time since, I caught them before not doing their job, they come out and won’t do anything they are horrible man the business sure has gone down since old man Jim passed.

Mr. Jim Dyer, his son James and daughter in law Erin are amazing to work with. We were having issues with our septic system and they can out at no charge and discovered we had leaky toilets. They came in the house and looked at all the toilets individually as well as open the septic tanks to see where the problem was! We have done business with them for more than 4 years and recommend to anyone! Thank you all for you help!!

I lost the phone number and had to look it up online and noticed these bad reviews. I felt I needed to counter them. A Advanced installed our system in 2011(our builder used them) and have had the maintenance contract this entire time. We have never had a single issue with their service or pricing. Today, I called because a red light was on the control box. They came out within 4 hours and found the problem to be something different that what they expected, and it was a less expensive repair than the estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

After trying to get multiple septic companies to come out to fix my grinder pump problem, A Advanced Septic was the only one that made the process easy. All others either couldn't pump out my tank and fix the pump too, or I would have to wait days for them to come out.
Mr. Jim was very knowledgeable and got the job done in the same day. I could tell he was concerned about me as a customer and explained everything that was going on.
