I can't say whether this company does a satisfactory job or not once they get to your home; that's because their service was so terrible they never made it to my home.
They PROMISED to be at my residence on a Monday morning. They never showed up, never a courtesy call... nothing.
When I talked with them Tuesday, they had quite a number of excuses and promised to be at my residence "First Thing Wednesday Morning". I called after 10:00 am on Wednesday morning as they were still a no show. The rude woman (who claimed to be the owner) started with the excuses again saying they could now arrive by

Service was amazing! They were able to squeeze me in on super short notice, on a Saturday.. No one else was able to do this. The guys arrived and were friendly, professional and did a great job at a fair price. I highly recommend this company.
