Flex Yoga is a wonderful place. A beautiful studio, large variety of classes, fun special events, and welcoming atmosphere. I learned a lot about movement and how to improve the different postures. Even now that I've moved, I still enjoy their uplifting social media presence.

A little difficult to find but definitely worth it, even if you're feeling anxious about it. I've taken regular yoga and many aerial classes here and the instructors are wonderful. They are all so friendly and the classes are challenging with options for everyone. I've been to several yoga studios and this is the only one where I get the instructors cared about learning my name. The facility also clean and beautiful. The bathroom even has a shower. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I absolutely love this place! They have a great variety of classes, and the instruction is very well done. Even when you might not know what you're doing, you never feel like you're being judged. A very positive environment. They have lots of types of classes, including classes for children (pictured is aerial yoga for kids)

This is a gorgeous studio with instructors that are just as lovely and welcoming. They truly do embrace the motto of Yoga for Everyone. Virtual and in-person options are available to make everyone comfortable. My kids love the aerial classes as well. The studio is also a fantastic community partner that gives back.

Flex Yoga is one of my most favorite places to go and has been for over 5 years now. There is a wide variety of classes and unique instructors to choose from. When I am seeking stillness and calm, I choose a more relaxing class like Yin or Relaxation Yoga. When I am seeking movement and strength, I choose Barre or Hot Power. It has become a place of peace and refuge, stillness and warmth, and above all, community, kindness and love.

My favorite place in Wooster! I found my home, and eventually my second career, at Flex Yoga Wooster. I love teaching and taking, and all of the friends I’ve met along the way. A beautiful, welcoming space, with top notch instruction. Truly for everyone.

This is an amazing Yoga studio. I’ve been lucky enough to visit quite a few studios and the intangible yoga “vibe” is amazing here. The classes are thoughtfully prepared and taught, no Yogi is left hanging but you are made to feel part of the group. That in itself would make me come back but my practice is never better than when I take a class from these amazing instructors.

So many different options for yogis at all levels on their journey. I appreciate both the virtual and in studio options. The studio management and instructors have done an incredible job adapting to all of the obstacles 2020 brought, making everyone who enters the studio feel welcome and safe!! Such an amazing community to be apart of!

A hidden gem in downtown Wooster! Clean comfortable welcoming and nurturing space for all levels. The instructors are top notch. Great pace, thoughtful cues and attentive to my needs for modified moves. Their clientele are good mix; older/younger, male/female, beginners/super yogi! And their website makes scheduling a piece of cake! My partner and I are only in town a couple months and we took advantage of their intro week special. Incredible value! Namaste!

Great studio of welcoming people. I took beginning basics yoga and enjoyed it. She spoke on mindfullness, breath, form. The moves were challenging but, slower so we have time to learn. The instructor came around working one on one for form. I liked how she was the same direction as she showedthe form. I needed that. She also explains what muscle is working and where we feel it. The selection of classes offered are well rounded. Aerial, barre, vinyasa, basic, men's, etc.
Normally I go to studios that are meditative, focusing on being true to the greatness within and getting out of the ego

I love Flex Yoga! So many classes to fit what I need. If I need a relaxation class, Release and Rejuvenation is the place to go. If I want an awesome workout, Piyo, Barre, or Power Vinyasa Flow is there for me. Or if I want to fly, Aerial Yoga will get my feet of the ground! And there's more! love it :)
