Dr. Coates and his team are friendly, skilled professionals. Dr. Coates is a wonderful opthalmologist!! I have used this practice regularly for years and he and his team provide top notch care. They are effecient at scheduling and rarely is there ever any wait. They take all the time you need and assist you with your eye glass selection if you want the help (amazingly patient during this process!!!). The office staff work well with Dr. Coates and with one another. The whole practice has a really welcoming attitude and atmosphere. And their insurance person (thank you, thank you, thank you) goes

I am a new patient and was very impressed with how well the office visit went. There was no wait time, everyone was pleasant and professional. The eye exam with Dr. Coats was thorough. They helped me pick out my glasses with patience. Today for my glasses fitting, when I needed fast service to get back to work, they went out of their way to hurry me through. Much appreciated.n

I made an appointment, showed up 5 minutes early, and close to an hour later still no exam! I needed to have my eye looked at for shingles complications, and was forced to leave because my son had another appointment! When I told the front desk I had to leave they were rude. This place has horrible service to patients! I hope my eye is ok, made an appointment for someone else. I am happy to share my experience with anyone who asks.

We use Ophthalmic Associates of Ft Washington for my son and my husband. Appointments were easily made, and everyone was very helpful. We have seen both Drs and have felt very comfortable with both, esp when my son had to go. We have also gotten my husbands glasses from there, all of the staff was very helpful and the glasses came in quickly. Would recommend !!
