At first impression this place was great... fast forward to a few weeks after filing and I get a letter in the mail to verify my identity and I have been calling to get help with the matter without getting an answer! The phone number is now disconnected and I cant reach Yasmin.

Is it possible to show a zero star review? My aunt got her taxes done while I waited. When she showed me the fees she paid it blew my mind. I contatced a friend that did taxes and we did a comparison. This place was charging almost double of what most other preparers charge. Not only that, my aunt had no idea of what she was getting all the fees for. She said the lady that prepared her taxes was rude and wouldn't take the time to explain the services she was paying for. I felt as if my aunt was being scammed and didn't even know it. I explored a little and noticed they were not accredited by the

I was referred to flash refund tax services last year by my uncle. I was a little hesitant because someone had messed up my taxes in a previous year. However when i went in they made me feel at ease explained everything to me word for word and gave me the maximum refund. i usually dont put reviews but it was a must. trust me you will not be disappointed by Yassmin and her staff.

This is not a professional environment. The girls that work there are rude and will not call you to let you know when your money comes. They charged 500$ for their incomplete services. They have someone advertising on FB to come file with this sorry company and then they don't pay you the money they promised you. Don't go here no wonder it's on Broadway!
